Gary L. Leavitt.  Mr. Leavitt is an entrepreneur having established several successful companies over the last 30 years.  Mr. Leavitt began his career in the financial service industry with Kidder Peabody and Merrill Lynch, before going out on his own in 1984. In 1986 he established a small broker-dealer that specialized in real estate syndication.  In 1997 Leavitt founded 1031 Exchange Place, a commercial real estate brokerage firm and RealtyNet Advisors, Inc., a real estate advisory firm and sponsor of tenants-in-common replacement property for those in a 1031 exchange (tax-deferred real estate exchange).  Mr. Leavitt received a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences in 1979 from Brigham Young University.
